We had a smattering of snow this week. It only lasted a day but was beautiful nonetheless. Milo had a play in it while at nursery and Ruby and I admired it from the warmth of the house!

It has been a quiet week; I have been suffering a bit (nasty infection) so Steve has had to be at home to help out. On the mend now and looking forward to feeling 100% again.

The kids are fine, Milo has been pushing a few boundaries of late (think we are finally getting the reaction to Ruby) - that said I think we still have it relatively easy! Ruby is doing well, mostly sleeping well and certainly eating well.

That's it for now, be back soon with more pics.

Just wanted to post this: a proud mum who thinks her boy is the most beautiful lad in the world......

We had a lovely week with Mum and Mick, taking it easy and also stocking up on those English essentials for the return trip to France. We were all well taken care of - thank you for all the cooking, nappy changes, laundry, treats and babysitting, you are already missed!
It's back to 'normal' now, with jsut the Aulmans, Steve back at work and me being Mum on my own at home (so far so good....).

The next family visit came from just about all of the Morrison/Ward/Meil clan (missed you Chris, Loz and Max xx) in one day! Joanne and family managed to pop down for a few hours en route to KL (many thanks, was sooooo good to see you all) so Dad and Annabelle joined us for the afternoon/ M&M were already here for their week long stint and we had a wonderful time catching up and watching the kids play with Milo's new tractor (current favourite thing, thanks M&M!). It fab to see everyone, especially looking so well, just a shame we are all so far apart.

Following Christmas and before Steve went back to work we had a bit of time to spend together, just the four of us. We were able to get out to a leaving party (the Trews - all the best to you in France!) which Milo thoroughly enjoyed, especially the Noddy car. He seems to be adjusting really well to Ruby and we all really enjoyed the quiet time before more family visits.....
